Exporting Hours to QuickBooks

In TimeTrax™, click on “Payroll Tab”.

Click on “Reports/Exports”.

Under “Employee Selection” choose employees for export

hours to QuickBooks.

Select “QuickBooks 2003+ Link” from Export Specications

drop down.

Click “Setup Export”.

Check “Automatically Approve and Proceed with Export”.
